This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) helps keep the Pave VoIP network clean, secure, and reliable for everyone. It applies to all customers and traffic on our services.
You must use voice services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including telecom, consent, recording, and Do Not Call requirements in the jurisdictions you operate in and call into.
We monitor for fraud and abuse in real time and may apply spend caps, rate limits, or route restrictions to protect the network. We may suspend traffic that threatens network integrity or violates this AUP.
You are responsible for securing your endpoints and credentials, maintaining accurate registration and E911 information where applicable, and ensuring your campaigns and lead sources meet consent requirements.
Violations may result in throttling, suspension, or termination, depending on severity. We aim to give notice where practical, but may act immediately to stop active harm or fraud.
